Prior to analyzing the responses from the interview, I personally did not realize how vital transferable experience really is to a person’s career. Without Troy Arnold’s extensive background in a number of varying industries, not only would he have missed out many important and beneficial opportunities along his way, but Winsport Canada would be unable to operate it’s lift maintenance team as safely or effectively as it currently does!
